In the BCOEL Steering Committee meeting yesterday, we have decided that we would like to have a full day face-to-face meeting. Location is to be determined. But I've created a Doodle poll to find out when would be the best time to meet. The discussion was that doing it in December or January would probably be best. For me, since I'm the only one coming from out of town (unless Jonas decides he would like to come down from Alaska), having the meeting on a Friday or Monday works best to allow for travel time. So, I've selected some possible dates. Lin and I have been going back and forth trying to find a day that works for both of us this month for a BCOEL Steering Committee Meeting. At the last meeting, it was agreed that we would meet after Open Access Week. So, Lin and I have selected some possible times the following week.
