Hi,
I use
lulu.com and createspace (amazon) for mine. Lulu is slightly more expensive,
slightly better quality, and a bit faster on setup; createspace, since it distributes
through amazon, is a lot more convenient for students. Both will make the books available
for purchase to the public, but lulu lets you order any number of personal copies before
you make it available.

Hi All,
Do folks working with OER textbooks have any suggestions for a Canadian print-on-demand
publisher to use for print copies of these textbooks? I have print copies of BCcampus
texts but I'd like additional texts to use as demo copies for OER presentations.
(I'm also checking with our campus print shop but I'd like to know of other
options.)
Cheers,
Jessica Norman
