Good afternoon everyone.
This is a reminder that the registration deadline for the Teaching and Learning Conference to be held in Saskatoon May 1-2 is April 24.
Join us for what will be informative, engaging conversations about two of the most important paradigm shifts in Canadian higher education: indigenizing and open educational resources / open pedagogy. This two-day conference is bringing together
voices from both movements from a dozen institutions in five provinces to share existing work, ideas for moving forward, and creating opportunities for new partnerships.
There will be speakers from across Canada facilitating concurrent sessions and workshops, plus:
- A keynote by Kory Wilson (Executive Director, Indigenous Initiatives and Partnerships, BCIT)
- A fishbowl discussion involving
- Mary Burgess (Executive Director, BCcampus)
- Maria Campbell (Cultural Advisor, writer, director, and teacher)
- Jacqueline Ottmann (Vice-Provost Indigenous Engagement - University of Saskatchewan)
- David Porter (CEO of eCampus Ontario)
- Kory Wilson
