Further to some of the earlier discussion there is a week to go until
federal Pre-Budget consultation briefs are due. Thanks for all the
feedback on the draft document

which I've tried in part to incorporate. I've added some additional
background (drawn heavily from the *National Advocacy Framework *document).
I'll submit this next Friday, but it would be wonderful if there could be
some additional endorsement.
