Hi Jessica,
Don’t know if you got this (it was on the listserve Saturday), but I forwarded the following to our Bio faculty member that is working on our Bio for non-majors OER lab course.
Looking at what Suzanne posted, drill a bit deeper - there are some OER bio lab manuals, videos and simulations that you might find interesting. It lists a few colleges who I gather have contributed to the lab course materials.
