[Canadaoer] TESS 17

Hi Canada OER Friends, Monday/Tuesday this week I had the opportunity to attend the TESS17 conference in Toronto. I wanted to share with you how wonderful this event was. I GREATLY appreciated the Canadian focus in OER- from advocacy, to awareness, to development, and copyright issues.
