Is it too late to add us as an endorser? I sent Ann the confirmation today as I had to get our Executive Committee to confirm approval, and a couple were out sick with COVID.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all who contributed or endorsed the brief. I've submitted it today in advance of the deadline.

As our federal landscape will be increasingly shaped by the upcoming 2025 election and its result, I hope we can continue the conversations around how best to engage the federal government with regard to supporting OER.

In the meantime, I hope everyone has a good long weekend.

In that regard, perhaps there could be some sort of coordinated approach - either we could aim to have groups and individuals agree on a common ask (perhaps based on the advocacy work to date/the National Framework), or alternatively we could develop a document that would allow anyone to sign on and then try to get as many signatories as possible.

I recognize coordinating over July is a bit of a mess (especially with the brief due right before a long weekend).
