[Canadaoer] Open Education Week activities in French!

Hello all! The Francophone OER task group of the CARL Open Education Working Group<https://www.carl-abrc.ca/advancing-research/scholarly-communication/open-education/oewg/> has put together a full schedule of events to celebrate Open Education Week in French!
