Hi guys,

I added you to my test list to see the distribution status. This list has my gmail and another email address external so i can test externally.

I played yesterday, and i think i see what it is. Gmail shows a summary of the email and you can see the DKIM result is that it is coming from bccampus.ca, not the dkim from lists.bccampus.ca. I think that is because it is passing through SFU and they have the wrong encryption set up. I am talking to them today to see what the fix can be. So basically the more tightened up smtp servers reject this but some accept it because the spf is right.

Yesterday i white listed lists.bccampus.ca in our microsoft, so it is now going in to the spam box cause of the issue instead of rejection, and i said it was not spam in my account so it should show directly.

The issue below is that bccampus.ca has set up dkim in microsoft, and i guess SFU is using that one for all our stuff. Hopefully sorted out today.
