Strategic Plans that mention Open Education

Hi All, I'm looking for examples of Institutional Strategic Plans that mention open education like UBC's<https://strategicplan.ubc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/2018_UBC_Strategic_…> (on page 21, 38, 41). And I know Kwantlen has a whole pressboo<https://kpu.pressbooks.pub/openeducation/chapter/strategic-goals/>k which is great and it shows that their strategic goals are mirrored in Goal 6 of KPU's Academic Plan 2023<https://www.kpu.ca/vp-academic/academic-plan-2023/open-education>. Are there any others that I could look at? She is the new Community Engagement Librarian at UBC-Okanagan and is interested in becoming involved with BCOEL and open education generally in BC. I think she would be a good addition to the team and may help provide some support from UBC while I’m busy working with the CARL group. BCcampus OpenEd: NEW - Open Education Resource Sustainability Grant for Institutions

Dear Colleagues, BCcampus Open Education has just posted a NEW grant opportunity: the Open Education Sustainability Grant for Institutions<https://open.bccampus.ca/call-for-proposals/open-education-sustainability-g…>. This call for proposals is for institutional open education working groups in British Columbia to provide small open educational grants, funded by BCcampus and matched by the institution, in order to improve the sustainability of open education. The Open Education Resource Sustainability Grant for Institutions may also be used for, but is not limited to, workshops, training, and institutional support for OER and open education infrastructure. The proposal deadline is August 22nd. Rational for dedicated faculty time for Open Education

Hello, At our last "in person" meeting I mentioned I would like to request some release time (25% plus) for an Open Education Faculty Fellow within Douglas. Someone, other than Kwantlen who has an Associate Vice Provost for Open Education, mentioned at the meeting that there is someone at their institution and I thought I jotted that down and now I can't find where I jotted that down :) Could you let me know if you have something or trying to get something like this at your institution. If you have a Faculty Fellow or are working on it, have you put forward a rationale proposal and would you be willing to share that document? Thanks for any information you can provide.
